About HERC
Administration
The Northern California HERC is currently housed in the Academic Advancement Office of Academic Affairs at the University of California, Office of the President (UCOP) and program administration is performed by UCOP staff. UCOP is responsible for the collection and deposit of annual membership fees and disbursement of such fees for necessary expenses of the Northern California HERC. UCOP does not derive any revenue from the Northern California HERC.
